摘要
'小农'经营是农地合理利用,平衡社会、经济与政治目标下农地利用主体的发展选择。全球农地制度改革的规律中,'小农'是农地利用最佳形态中'小规模'与'有效性'的经营主体的体现。与农业对土地的依赖性相对应,农业社会结构对农地的依赖性是农地利用主体形成和维继的原因。生产性、栖息性和制度性依赖对农地利用主体形成了'三角制约'关系,'小农'是在这其中的最佳方式和形态。
Family Rural Land Holder(FRLH)is the self-development choice for farmland rational use,better social consequences and economic and political behavior.Global rural land reform shows that'FRLH'embodies form of'small-scale'and'effective'.Correspondingly,the dependence of agricultural social structure on agricultural land is the reason for the formation and maintenance of land utilization.Production,Habitat and Institutional Dependence(PHID form)will form a'Triangle Restriction'relationship for scale choice and decision and'FRLH'is the best way and form.
