摘要 大规模新能源发电、电动汽车等的接入使配电网谐波具有随机性、波动性、时变性等特点,同时导致配电网的结构和运行特性更加复杂,增加电网故障发生的概率,谐波新特征及故障干扰导致传统谐波责任划分的精度和效率降低。该文提出大规模分布式谐波源接入背景下的配电网多谐波源责任划分方法。分析含大规模分布式谐波源的配电网谐波新特征,提出利用多因变量复数域偏最小二乘法(multi-variable complex partial least squares,M-CPLS)进行多个谐波源责任的同时划分;研究故障时各谐波源的稳态谐波电流波动特征并提出利用小波变换对故障数据进行辨识;提出基于回归模型系数波动的有效数据选择方法。所提方法提高多谐波源场景下责任划分的计算效率,降低回归模型系数波动造成的误差干扰,提高谐波责任划分的准确度并增强算法抗故障干扰的性能。基于IEEE 34和IEEE 37节点配网系统仿真算例和监测平台的实测数据,验证所提方法的有效性和准确度。 Harmonics in the modern distribution network are characterized by randomness,volatility and time variability due to the high penetration of large-scale distributed renewable generation and electric vehicles.The complex structure and operating characteristics of the modern distribution network increase the probability of short-circuit faults in the power grid,which leads to the accuracy and efficiency reduction of the traditional harmonic contribution determination method.Based on this situation,a multi-harmonic source division method for the modern distribution network with high penetration of renewable generations was proposed in this paper.The method can overcome the interference of short circuit fault in the distribution network and has the advantages of fast calculation speed and high calculation efficiency.The new harmonic characteristics of distribution network with large distributed harmonic sources were analyzed.Then the multi-variable complex partial least squares(M-CPLS)and the effective data selection method for the regression model were proposed.The fluctuation characteristics of the harmonic currents during the fault were studied,and wavelet transform was applied to identify the fault data.The proposed method improves the calculation efficiency of the responsibility division method in the multi-harmonic source situation and reduces the interference caused by the coefficient fluctuation in the regression model.Moreover,the method can also improve the accuracy of the harmonic contribution determination method.The effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method were verified by simulation studies based on the IEEE 34-and IEEE 37-bus distribution system and real field measured data from a power quality monitoring platform.
