二次再热超超临界机组动态特性分析及控制策略验证 被引量:39

摘要 为了二次再热超超临界机组控制策略的制定和实际机组调试运行提供参考数据和预测,以莱芜1000MW二次再热超超临界机组为研究对象,采用工业过程软件apros作为仿真支撑平台开发工程分析模型,对动态特性进行试验分析并验证其主要控制策略。结果显示:二次再热超超临界机组风、煤、给水阶跃扰动,主要参数变化趋势与一次再热超超临界机组基本相同,但二次再热汽温惯性加大致控制难度增加。二次再热超超临界机组控制的关键仍然是控制煤水比和风煤比,过热汽温采取煤水比控制+二级喷水减温方式,一、二次再热汽温采取烟气再循环++烟气挡板+再热器事故喷水减温方式;在2%变负荷率以下均可以控制在合理范围内,从而满足机组安全、稳定、高效运行的需要。 This paper aims to provide the reference data and prediction for the control strategy determination and the operation commissioning of double-reheat ultra-supercritical units, based on the experiments performed on Laiwu 1000 MW double-reheat ultra-supercritical unit. Engineering analysis model was developed with the industry process software APROS as the simulation platform. The dynamic characteristics were tested and its main control strategy was verified. The results of the simulation experiments show that the trend of the main parameters of the double reheat unit are similar to those of single reheat system under step disturbances of air, coal, feed water flow. However, the increase of double reheat steam temperature is difficult to control. The key to the control of double-reheat ultra-supercritical units is to control the coal-water ratio and the air-coal ratio. Superheated steam temperature is controlled by given coal water ratio and two stage water spray, and reheat steam temperature is controlled by flue gas recirculation, swinging angle of burner, flue gas dampers and reheater accident desuperheating water spray. Within 2% load rising variation, superheated steam temperature, the primary and double reheat steam temperature can be controlled within a reasonable range for safe, stable and efficient operation of the unit.
