摘要
目的探讨新生儿血小板减少症(NTP)的病因、治疗及转归。方法回顾性分析我院新生儿科收治的39例NTP患儿的临床资料。结果 NTP病因主要以新生儿败血症、新生儿窒息及胎儿宫内感染为主,DIC、肺出血、颅内出血及消化道出血等是NTP患儿主要的院内并发症,以早发型NTP为主(69.2%)。结论 NTP的病因复杂多样,在临床治疗时要针对具体病因,积极调整治疗方案,减少院内并发症,缩短病程,促进患儿早日康复。
OBJECTIVE Neonatal thrombocytopenia(NTP) of the etiology,treatment and prognosis. METHODS A review of the clinicaldata of 39 cases of children with NTP, the analysis of our hospital neonatal hospital. RESULTS The etiology of NTP mainly septice-mia of newborn,neonatal asphyxia and fetal intrauterine infection were the main infection;DIC,pulmonary hemorrhage,intracrani-al hemorrhage and gastrointestinal hemorrhage were the main complication in children with NTP in the hospital, with early onsetNTP mainly(69.2%). CONCLUSION The etiology of NTP was complicated,in the clinical treatment should be aimed at specific etiol-ogy, actively adjust the treatment plan,reduce the in-hospital complications,shorten the course of disease and promote the reha-bilitation of infants.
