摘要
聚酯瓶是饮料包装的重要材料。聚酯瓶中锑析出是危害健康的重要风险因素。本研究评估严苛存储条件下聚酯瓶中锑析出的健康风险,探讨研究了光照强度与锑析出量的关系。极端条件下存储7周后,聚酯瓶梯析出潜在健康风险较高。因此,装有饮料的聚酯瓶应避强光存储。
Bottles for packaging beverages and drinking-water represent one of the most popular uses of polyethylene terephthalate(PET). Antimony leaching from PET bottles into food during storage implies a possible health risk for humans. Health risk of migration of antimony from PET containers is investigated during worst-case storage condition. This study investigated the relationship between sunlight intensity and antimony leaching. The health risk of one bottle is identified on an unacceptable level for 7 weeks’ storage at an extreme condition. It cautions that PET containers should avoid strong sunlight exposure.
