摘要
本研究中,根据HJ 632-2011标准方法,进行了土壤中总磷的方法验证。实验证实,该方法测定的最低检出限及相对标准偏差分别为5.06 mg/L与0.9%-1.7%,检测标样GBW07446中的总磷含量,测定结果均满足样品不确定度的要求。实验结果表明,该方法能够满足土壤样品中总磷含量的检测要求。
In this paper, according to the requirement of HJ 632-2011, the determination method of total phosphorus in soil is verified. The experiments demonstrate the minimum detect limit(MDL) and the relative standard deviation(RSD) of this method is 5.06 mg/kg and 0.9%-1.7%, respectively. The results of testing total phosphorus in standard sample GBW07446 satisfied the demand of uncertainty. The results indicate that this method is able to satisfy the monitoring demand of total phosphorus measurement in soil.
