摘要
国民经济和社会发展规划、城乡规划、土地利用整体规划是我国现阶段规划体系中非常重要的三种规划,这三种规划模式间存在着很多矛盾。本文就是对"三规合一"空间规划的秩序和调控合力进行探索分析。
