摘要
为了实现纸质病案数字化信息化管理,利用数码照相机翻拍制作技术,将纸质病案转化为数字化病案,实现病案快速检索、复印、科研管理等功能;提高复印效率,增加患者满意度,节省储存空间,保护病案原纸张,防止病案丢失和破损;病案数字化实现病案信息资源共享,方便临床医师借阅,提高病案的利用率,代替了原始的病案管理模式。
In order to realize the digital modern information management of paper medical records,the paper medical records are transformed into digital medical records by using digital camera remaking technology,and the functions of quick retrieval,copying and scientific research management of medical records are realized.Improve copy efficiency,increase patient satisfaction,save storage space,protect the paper of medical records,prevent the loss and breakage of medical records.The digitization of medical records can realize the sharing of medical records information,facilitate the clinicians to borrow,improve the utilization rate of medical records,and replace the original medical records management mode.
