阿司匹林的神经保护作用
摘要
阿司匹林(ASA)是一种非甾体抗炎药(NSAID)，有广谱药理活性和多个作用位点，血脑屏障通透性好。近年来，越来越多的体内和体外实验均证实，ASA具有直接的神经保护作用，其机制与抗炎和抗血栓形成的抑制环加氧酶并不相同。
