铸造铝硅合金的循环热处理

摘要 本文对经过200℃/600秒至560℃/1800秒1至9次加热和冷却循环热处理的Al——7%Si合金的组织和性能作了研究。结果为:经7次循环热处理者,合金中的共硅晶由片状变成了细粒状或短棒状,强度提高59.65,延伸率提高4倍。在循环热处理过程中,以铝为基的α固溶体与硅晶体间产生了较大的相间应力,应力促使硅晶体破裂,溶断,导致α固溶体发生加工硬化和再结晶,在一次再结晶中形成的大量过剩空位加速铝硅原子的扩散。从而合金的组织迅速转变成细粒状或短棒状。 After 1-9 Cycles of thermal cycling treatment from200℃/600s to 560 ℃/1800s, the microstructures and properties of Al-7 %Si alloy have been studied. The Si needle-like crystals change into short rods and granules, and the strength and elongation of the alloy are increased by 59.6% and 500%, respectively.Large stress bytween Al matrix and Si-needles occurs during the thermal cycling treatment. The stress breaks the Si-needles and hardens the matrix which then recrystallizes.Due'to an excess of vacancies formed in a significant quantity during primary recrystallization that accelerates diffusion of Al and Si atoms, the Si needle-like structure transforms rapidly into short rods and granules.
