摘要
针对供水系统非线性、大惯性、滞后、时变的特点,本文利用动态矩阵(DMC)控制算法超前的预测性和良好的鲁棒性以及PID控制算法较强的抗干扰能力,将预测控制算法和PID控制算法相结合,内回路水泵转速采用PID控制器,外回路管网水压采用动态矩阵(DMC)控制器,形成一种DMC-PID串级控制系统进行仿真研究,仿真结果表明这种水压控制器既有预测控制较强的鲁棒性和跟踪性,又具有PID控制良好的抗干扰能力,明显提高了系统的动态性能。
For the water supply system with nonlinear, large inertia, hysteresis, time-varying characteristics, it uses a dynamic matrix control(DMC) advanced predictive and good robustness and PID control algorithm strong anti-jamming capability, the predictive control algorithm associated with PID control algorithm, the inner loop pump speed uses PID controllers, the outer loop pipe network pressure uses DMC controller, the formation of a DMC-PID cascade control system simulation research, simulation results show that the water pressure controller combines the robustness and tracking of predictive control, but also has good anti-jamming capability PID control, significantly improves the dynamic performance of the system.
