摘要
由于无刷直流电机(BLDCM)具有运行效率高、调速性能好等优点,故在许多领域中的应用日益广泛,对无刷直流电机调速性能要求也越来越高。BLDCM是一个多变量、非线性、强耦合、时变的系统,采用传统的控制方法已经很难得到令人满意的结果。为此,将BLDCM与智能控制系统相结合,提高BLDCM的反应速度、控制精度以及智能化程度成为未来的发展方向。系统采用双闭环控制:速度环采用混合智能算法—基于自适应遗传算法的模糊PID控制,电流环采用PI控制。采用Matlab/Simulink对系统建模仿真,通过仿真结果及后期的真机测试证明了此系统的合理性及有效性,为BLDCM控制系统设计提供了前期设计方案。
Brushless DC motor(BLDCM) has the advantages of high efficiency, good speed performance, so it is applied in many fields widely, the brushless DC motor speedperformance requirements are increasingly high. Brushless DC motor control system is a multi- variable,,nonlinear,strong coupling,time- varying control system, the traditional control method is difficult to obtain the satisfactory results.So, the combination of BLDCM and intelligent control system, improving the response speed andcontrol accuracy of the BLDCM and the intelligent degree become the future direction of development. In the double loop of control system, A hybrid intelligent algorithm-a Fuzzy PID based on adaptive genetic algorithm controller is adopted in the speed loop and a PI current controller is adopted in the current loop. The system using Matlab/Simulink modeling and simulation, the simulation results andprototype testing later proved the rationality and validity of the system, this provides the design scheme for the design of BLDCM control system.
