摘要
介绍了某核电厂含油废水处理系统的工艺流程以及控制系统设计要求,PLC系统硬件及软件配置、仪表选型及安装中的注意事项等,系统采用AB公司1762系列PLC和9701-VWSTMENE组态软件,实际运行中该控制系统具有稳定可靠、易维护、操作简便等优点。
This paper introduced a process of oily wastewater treatment system in nuclear power plant and the design requirements of control system, hardware and software configuration of PLC, selection and installation precautions of instrument. The system uses 1762 series PLC and 9701-VWSTMENE configuration software. In practical operation the control system has high reliability, easy to maintain and operate.
