摘要
本文建立了一个基于直接转矩控制的异步电机变频调速系统。系统采用了两个滞环控制器,分别比较定子给定磁链与实际磁链、给定转矩与实际转矩的差值,然后根据这两个差值查询逆变器电压矢量开关表得到施加在异步电动机定子绕组上的电压矢量,然后通过脉冲宽度调制(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)逆变器控制异步电动机。根据PWM逆变器供电驱动的异步电机直接转矩控制变频调速系统的特点,利用Matlab\Simulink对异步电机变频调速系统进行了建模和仿真,给出了各子模块的构造方法及功能。为高性能的异步电机变频调速控制系统的设计与调试提供了一种较好的检验手段。
A variable frequency speed regulation system based on direct torque control was established in this paper. The direct torque control module, consisting of two hysteresis comparison controller, compares the stator flux with the given actual magnetic chain, and the given torque with actual torque value, respectively. Then according to the gained two differences and the stator flux's sectors, it inquires about the inverter voltage vector switch table to get the proper voltage switch vector required to apply on asynchronous motor, finally realizing the control of asynchronous motor with PWM inverter finally. According to the characteristics of PWM inverter, the system was simulated using Simulink tool in Matlab environment. The structures and functions of each block were also represented. The simulated results verify the effectiveness of the design methods.
