摘要
针对纺丝的生产流程,并结合该生产线要求操作便利性、温度的均匀性、传动的精度、控制的可靠性以及安全联锁等方面均较很高情况下,采用Profibus DP现场总线对200多台变频器进行控制,与其他用于显示和监视的一般意义上的通讯技术明显不同,给生产线的控制方案提供了一种全新的技术手段。
For the spinning production process, combined with the high requirements of the operation convenience, temperature uniformity, the precision of the transmission, the reliability of the control and safety interlock to production line, Profibus DP field bus are adopted to control frequency inverter more than 200. This provides a new technical mean to control production line which is obviously different from the other communication technology used in display and monitor.PID control of the servo system effect is good, and it is meaningful to improve the quality of the steel plate straightening for research.
