摘要
WinCC提供了适合工业控制的图形组态、过程监控、数据归档、报警组态及报表打印等功能。但在实时数据处理等方面的功能还有待改善。本文利用OPC技术实现了Matlab与WinCC的无缝集成,通过利用Matlab强大的数据处理和绘图功能,在线绘制泥浆泵工作特性曲线。通过试验研究表明,该方法操作方便,而且使实时监控功能更加强大、灵活。
WinCC provided for the function of the industrial control, for example, graphic configuration, process monitoring,data archiving, alarm configuration and report forms printing, etc. But it remains to be improved in the aspects of real-time data processing function. The paper achieved seamless integration between Matlab and WinCC by the OPC technology and drew the performance curve of the mud pump online by data processing and mapping function of Matlab. The experiment research shows that the method is easy to operate and make real-time monitoring function becomes more powerful and flexible.
