摘要
本文通过系统地分析煤电企业因2003年电煤价格之争,而导致供求关系紧张,合同兑现率降低。指出煤电企业在今后的发展中应建立长期合作伙伴关系。
As a result of the price competition among coal-based power ent erprises in 2003, the relations between supply and demand become intensive. The rate of contracts fulfillment turns to be in a low level. After the analysis of these problems, it suggests that coal-based power enterprises should develop th eir strategic long-term cooperation relationship in the future.
