摘要
电动汽车无排放、低噪声、乘坐舒适,现已得到广泛应用。整车控制器VCU是电动汽车控制的中心,接收驾驶员的操作指令,实时监控电池管理系统、电机系统和其它附件的状态,运算处理后将控制指令发给汽车各个部件。该文采用英飞凌XC2267M单片机开发了电动汽车整车控制器,介绍了硬件结构和主要程序功能;并根据其功能和信号类型设计了测试系统,包括信号板(开关量和模拟量输入,输出显示)、USBCAN通信卡和LabVIEW上位机,上位机模拟各个部件收发CAN报文、同时显示整车运行状态,测试系统可以配合整车控制器完成各项性能测试。
There is an increasing interest in electric vehicles due to its high comfort,no emissions and low acoustic noise.This paper introduces the construction of vehicle control unit(VCU)in electrical vehicle.The hardware design of VCU based on Infineon XC2267 M is presented and the funcions of the VCU are analyzed,the strategies of torque control and power management are put forward.A test system based on LabVIEW with CAN bus is developed for VCU.The experiment shows that the hardware design of VCU is reasonable and the control strategies is satisfying.
