摘要 基于北斗短报文通信技术的水情自动测报系统主要应用于高海拔、人烟稀少、无手机信号地区,利用其收费标准与发送短报文条数无关的优势可以高密度数据发送,由于水情行业中需要通过北斗卫星上送给数据中心的水文要素有限,北斗短报文一次发送的有效数据字节足够满足其需求。详细介绍了北斗通信技术在整个系统中的工作原理,以及嵌入在遥测终端机内北斗通信模块的电气原理、北斗发送短报文所具备的特性等。基于北斗通信技术的水情自动测报系统,已在实际工程中得到成功应用,其稳定性和广泛地域适应性为水情水文监测提供了准确的实时数据。 The automatic hydrological forecasting system based on Beidou short message communication technology is mainly used in high altitude,sparsely populated,no mobile phone signal area,and can send high-density data by taking advantage of its charging standard independent of the number of short messages sent. Due to the limited hydrological elements that need to be sent to the data center by Beidou satellite in the hydrological industry,the effective data bytes sent by Beidou short message at one time are sufficient to meet its needs. This paper introduces in detail the working principle of Beidou communication technology in the whole system,as well as the electrical principle of Beidou communication module embedded in the telemetry terminal,and the characteristics of Beidou sending short messages. The automatic hydrological monitoring system based on Beidou communication technology has been successfully applied in practical projects. Its stability and wide regional adaptability provide accurate real-time data for hydrological monitoring.
