摘要 针对当前配网故障给整个电网运行带来的影响,加强对电网的基准风险评估成为当前思考的重点。但鉴于配网基准风险评估类型多样的问题,本文以配网故障停电风险评估作为研究对象,结合软件开发思想和风险理论,提出一种基于云模型的配网故障风险综合评估系统。对此,文章首先确定本文研究的对象,结合配网故障风险中的损失后果程度对配网故障进行评估,然后构建本智能评估系统的整体功能和架构;在上述的基础上,分别对不同的功能进行设计,包括风险评估模块、实时预警模块等,并重点提出一种基于云模型的基准风险评估方法。在该方法通过构建指标集和评价集基础云模型,通过AHP层次分析法对指标的权重进行计算,然后计算不同指标的云数字特征,最后输入云滴数量和特征值,得到设备的损失严重分布图。最后,利用C/S模式和可视化技术完成对该评估软件的开发,并给出了部分评估界面,从而为当前电网基准风险的智能评价提供了借鉴参考。 in view of the impact of the current distribution network failure on the whole power grid,it is the focus of the current thinking to strengthen the assessment of the basic risk of the power grid.But in view of the various types of risk assessment of distribution network,the risk assessment of distribution network failure is taken as the research object.Combined with the software development idea and risk theory,a comprehensive risk assessment system of distribution network based on cloud model is proposed.In this regard,this paper determines the research object in this paper,combines with the degree of fault in the loss of the consequences of risk assessment of fault,and then constructs the evaluation system’s overall function and structure of the intelligence;on the basis of the above,this paper designs the different functions including the risk assessment module,real time warning module,and key a method is presented to assess the benchmark risk based on cloud model.In the method based on the index set and evaluation set based on cloud model,through the AHP analysis method to calculate the index weight,then the cloud computing digital features of different index value,quantity and characteristics of cloud end input,get serious loss of distribution equipment.Finally,the C/S mode and visualization technology are used to complete the development of the evaluation software,and give some evaluation interfaces,so as to provide reference for the current grid benchmark risk intelligent evaluation.
