摘要 针对目前变电站配置描述(substationconfigurationdescription,SCD)文件的管理控制模式处于离线分散管理阶段,使得SCD的配置信息一致性、安全性和完整性难以保证,从而导致智能变电站的二次设备的功能无法实现,严重影响智能变电站的安全稳定运行。为此,文中提出一种基于智能电子装置(IED)的SCD文件细粒度的新旧比对分析技术,该技术可方便运维人员及时更正SCD虚端子的错误连接。此外,站端终端通过制造报文规范(MMS)获取当前各装置的智能电子设备配置描述(configuredIEDdescription,CID)文件,并与当前SCD文件进行循环冗余校验码校核和比对,从而及时给出相应的告警信息。采用三级层次化的系统架构完成整个技术方案的功能实现,该系统可以实现目前SCD文件的精细化管理和控制。 At present, the management and control mode of substation configuration description(SCD) files is in the stage of offline decentralized management, which makes it difficult to guarantee the consistency, security and integrity of SCD configuration information, thus the function of secondary equipment in intelligent substation can not be realized, and seriously affects intelligent substation,safe and stable operation of the station. For this reason, this paper presents a finegrained analysis technology of new and old SCD files based on Intelligent Electronic Device(IED). This technology can facilitate operators to correct the wrong connection of SCD virtual terminals in time. In addition, the terminal obtains the configuration IED description(CID) files of current devices by manufacturing message specification(MMS), and checks and compares them with the current SCD files by cyclic redundancy check codes, so as to give the corresponding alarm information in time. The three-level hierarchical system architecture is used to complete the function realization of the whole technical scheme. The system can realize the fine management and control of the current SCD files.
