摘要
目的分析全程护理干预在CT增强检查不良反应中的应用效果。方法选取天津市东丽区东丽医院2017年1-12月期间接受CT增强检查的92例患者作为研究对象,按检查时间选取前46例作为对照组,采用常规护理干预;选取后46例作为观察组,采用全程护理干预,观察两组患者在接受CT增强检查过程中的心率、收缩压以及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的心率和收缩压分别为(85.78±5.20)次/min和(126.32±10.44)mmHg,明显优于对照组的(94.37±6.54)次/min和(136.24±10.73)mmHg;观察组患者不良反应发生率为4.35%,低于对照组的13.04%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在开展CT增强检查的过程中采取全程护理干预,可以有效降低患者心率和血压异常率,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To analyze the application effect of whole-course nursing intervention in adverse reactions of CT enhanced examination.Methods 92 cases received the enhanced CT examition were selected as the research object from January 2017 to December 2017 in Dongli Hospital in Tianjin,the first46 cases were selected as the control group,and routine nursing intervention was adopted.And the second 46 cases were selected as the observation group,and the whole course nursing intervention was adopted.The heart rate,systolic blood pressure and adverse reactions of the two groups during the process of enhanced CT examination were observed.Results The heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were(85.78±5.20)times/min and(126.32±10.44)mmHg respectively,which were significantly better than those of the control group(94.37±6.54)times/min and(136.24±10.73)mmHg,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 4.35%,lower than 13.04%of the control group,the differences were statistically signifucant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process of nursing intervention in the process of CT enhancement examination can effectively reduce the abnormal rate of heart rate and blood pressure,and effectively prevent and cure the occurrence of adverse reactions.
