摘要
临床实习期是医学教育的重要阶段,是医学生角色转变的关键时期,更是医学生在医疗行业人生观、价值观、事业观形成的关键时期。实习期间的思想政治教育是医学院校德育工作的重要组成部分,是培养具备良好职业道德医务人员的重要时期,对实习生思想政治教育具有重要意义。研究以微信为载体对临床实习生进行思想政治教育是新媒体发展的趋势,对微信基本情况进行了介绍,对微信在实习生思想政治教育中的应用进行了SWOT分析。结合分析结果,抓住外部机遇,充分发挥微信载体自身优势,提出具体对策措施,从而有效提高以微信为载体对实习生思想政治教育的效果。
The period of clinical practice is an important stage of medical education,a key period for the transformation of medical students undefined role,and a key period for the formation of medical students undefined outlook on life,values and career in medical profession.Ideological and political education during practice is an important part of moral education in medical colleges and universities.It is also an important period for training medical personnel with good professional ethics and is of great significance to the ideological and political education of interns.The research taking WeChat as the carrier to carry on the ideological and political education to the clinical intern is the new media development tendency,has carried on the introduction to the WeChat basic situation,carried on the SWOT analysis to the WeChat application in the intern ideological and political education.Combining the analysis result,to seize the external opportunities,give full play to the advantages ofWeChat carrier,and propose specific countermeasures,so as to effectively improve the effect of the ideological and political education of the intern withWeChat as the carrier.
