摘要
目的分析超声在妇科急腹症中的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法选取天津市第四中心医院2017年4月-2018年4月期间收治的140例妇科急腹症患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用超声检查,将妇科急腹症超声诊断结果与临床病理检查结果对比分析,观察超声诊断的准确率。结果异位妊娠超声诊断准确率为95.12%(78/82),急性盆腔炎超声诊断准确率为86.67%(13/15),不完全性流产超声诊断准确率为87.50%(21/24),卵巢囊肿破裂超声诊断准确率为84.62%(11/13),卵巢囊肿蒂扭转超声诊断准确率为100.00%(6/6),妇科急腹症超声诊断总准确率为92.14%(129/140)。结论对妇科急腹症患者采用超声检查具有较高的诊断准确率,能够为临床妇科急腹症的诊断与鉴别诊断提供可靠的影像学依据。
Objective To analyze the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods 140 patients with gynecological acute abdomen admitted to Tianjin 4th Center Hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were examined by ultrasound,and compared the ultrasound diagnosis results and clinical pathological results to observe the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis.Results The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy,acute pelvic inflammatory disease,incomplete abortion,ovarian cyst rupture and ovarian cyst pedicle torsion were respectly 95.12%(78/82),86.67%(13/15),87.50%(21/24),84.62%(11/13)and 100.00%(6/6).The total accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis in gynecologic acute abdomen was 92.14%(129/140).Conclusion The use of ultrasonography in patients with gynecological acute abdomen has a high diagnostic accuracy,can provide a reliable imaging basis for clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.
