摘要
用三维建模软件建立了四种不同肩台设计的牙种植体仿真模型;用三维有限元方法对其进行应力分析,根据设定的约束及受力条件,确定其应力分布状态。比较了四种不同肩台设计的应力分布,并提出了有关种植体颈部及肩台的优化设计方案。
Four emulational implant models with different shoulder designs were constructed by a threedimensional (3D) modeling software. Stress distribution in each model was analyzed on the basis of assumed conditions of constraint and load application by finite element method. An optimized design about the neck and shoulder of implant was put forward.
