摘要
现阶段,铰接列车是我国干线道路货物运输车辆的主要形式,其是否正常行驶,关系到交通运输安全、关系到运输企业的经济效益,正确、快速的判断和排除车辆行驶异常意义重大。本文从半挂车牵引部件、悬架系统、行走系统等半挂车结构功能进行分析,找出铰接列车出现甩尾、轮胎异常磨损等非正常行驶的原因并分析其危害性;从而提出正确的纠正方法,使车辆正常运行,实现安全、高效运输,并为广大货车车主、营运车辆维修单位以及相关技术人员提供参考。
Nowadays, articulated semi-trailer is the main type of freight vehicle on arterial road, vehicle's running state is related to transportation safety, freight enterprise's economic benefit, therefore fast judgment and elimination of faults occurred in vehicle running has great significance to enterprise. This paper analyzed the structure characteristics, such as semi-trailer fifth wheel kingpin, suspension system, running system, and analyzed the hazards of combination vehicle's drifting and tyre's abnormal wear, found the potential reasons. Finally, this paper put forward the correct ways of error treatment, it can keep the combination vehicle in normal running state, achieve safe and efficient transportation, and also it can be the reference to vehicle's owner, vehicle's maintenance enterprise and related technical personnel.
