摘要
微小型封离式医用波导CO_2激光器以其体积小、功率密度高、出射激光为线偏振光且光斑小无需聚焦等特点,已成功地应用于手持式WLM型和EJL型手待式波导CO_2激光治疗机上,并获得了令人满意的临床效果。
This paper presents development of a seal-off minute waveguide CO2 laser for medicining. The laser resonator length is 210 mm. Power output of 5 W and emitting laser beam spot about φ1.2 mm can be obtained. In this case, power density is up to 440 W/cm2 without focussing in the range of Rayleigh length. The device has be applied to the hand-held laser medical instruments.
