摘要
文中主要介绍了在不查看维修资料情况下如何快速查找到设备故障点的一些方法和技巧,比如运用产品设计原理查找故障、利用故障统计分析结果指导故障查找及灵活运用各种故障诊断方法查找故障等;当设备出现故障时,应优先考虑与设备故障成因有关因素,如备件质量、维修工技术水平及工作态度、操作者操作习惯、设备保养情况等。
This paper describes the maintenance information in the case without looking at how to quickly find some of the methods and techniques of equipment failure points, such as the use of product design principles to find fault, statistical analysis of the results of the use of fault troubleshooting guide and flexible use of various fault diagnosis method to find fault etc.; when equipment fails, priority should be given with the causes of equipment failure related to factors such as the quality of spare parts, maintenance worker skills and work attitude, the operator operating practices,equipment maintenance and so on.
