摘要
物业管理专业的实践教学环节对于培养学生的创新能力和实践技能非常重要,而目前我国高校物业管理专业实践教学模式主要有三种:一是实习基地实践教学模式,二是分散实践教学模式,三是实验室实践教学模式。但这三种模式都存在一定的局限性。对此,笔者提出了物业智能实训室实践教学模式和实践教学外包模式以解决现行模式存在的问题。
The practical teaching section of property management major is very important to cultivate students’ creative ability and practical skills.But now there are mainly three kinds of practical teaching models of college’s property management major in our country.The first is practical teaching model in practical base,the second is scattered practical teaching model,and the third is lab practical teaching model.But all of them have limitation,therefore the writer puts forward the property intelligent training room practical teaching model and practical teaching outsourcing model to solve the problem in actual model.
