摘要
党的十六届四中全会提出了建设社会主义和谐社会的任务,本文从本职工作出发,论述了如何以科学发展观构建和谐图书馆。构建和谐图书馆,建设和发展是基础,坚持"读者第一"服务理念是前提,服务质量是核心,改革创新是关键,诚实友爱是重点,以人为本是本质。
The Fourth Session of the 16th Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward the task of building the socialist harmonious society. The author has dissertated how to structure the harmonious library with the scientific development view from his own work. Building and development is a foundation of structuring the harmonious library. The service tenet is prerequisite to "Reader First". The service quality is a core; it is a key to reform and innovation; the honesty and friendliness is an important point and it is the essence of people foremost.
