摘要
T/P91钢是用钒、铌元素微合金化并控制氮元素含量的9%Cr-1%Mo系低碳马氏体型钢,在560℃~610℃温度范围内具有优异的高温强度和蠕变性能,同时具有良好的抗腐蚀性、抗氧化性和耐高压氢气性能,广泛应用于电厂锅炉中的过热器和再热器管道,和蒸馏、裂化装置及炼油厂内高温、高压、临氢设备的建造。T/P91钢通过合理的合金设计、先进的冶炼技术和严格的热处理保证其优异的高温性能。工程焊接要点为焊前预热、焊后热处理控制、焊接线能量控制,及焊接材料和最终无损检测方式的选择。对T/P91钢及其焊接、焊接热处理和无损检测的工艺要点进行归纳分析。
