摘要
目的 :总结支气管动脉栓塞 (BAE)治疗大咯血的护理经验。方法 :回顾分析 4 2例大咯血行BAE的临床资料。结果 :止血效果优良率 88% (37/4 2 ) ,1例下肢肌力短期减退 ,无其他严重并发症发生。结论 :BAE治疗大咯血简单有效 。
Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of bronchial artery embolization(BAE)for massive hemoptysis.Method:The clinical data of 42 cases suffering from severe hemotysis and received BAE retrospectively.Result:In 88% (37/42) of the cases,hemoptysis disappeared completely or generally.Except of a case with incomplete paralysis of both lower limbs,no other serious side-effect was found.Conclusion:BAE is a simple but effective treatment for severe hemoptysis and nursing play an important role in this therapy.
