摘要
本文探讨了一种优化PID参数的新途径,即直接作单纯形各顶点所对应的PID控制器的单位阶跃响应曲线,以此曲线的优劣来代替解析目标函数的值,作为寻优的标准。把该方法用于一加热炉的主控制器设计,结果令人满意。
This paper presents a new approach to optimize PID controller parameters using simplex method. The key idea is that, the index function is not needed, whereas a group of unit-step response curves are displayed on CRT, from which the designer selects the best, the sub-best and the worst. This sequence is taken indirectly as the index function value, to guide the optimization of simplex method. This approach has been applied to the primary controller design of a heating furnace, and the result is satisfactory.
