摘要
研究排除电真空钎料中的碳和高蒸汽压杂质元素的高温熔炼工艺和机理,对碳的排除机理作了充分而合理的解释。结果表明,高温较长时间精炼可以排除银铜电真空钎料的碳和高蒸汽压杂质元素,从而改善其溅散性和清洁性。
The technology and Mechanism of eliminating carbon and high vapor pressure elements in electrie-vaccume brazing alloy have been studied. A reasonable explanation about the mechanism of elimimnating carbon has been made It turns out that carbon and other impurities in the brazing alloy can be eliminated by this process, thus improving spurt and cleanlinese.
