摘要
根据多年的实际工作经验,详细剖析了国际工程业主对工程承包商的经济实力、人力资源、工程设备、施工机具和业绩的技术要求和相关证明,提示我国工程公司在国际工程投标议标时应关注的问题。
Based on practical experances of projects constructed in the past years, the author analyses in detail the technical requirements and related certifications of which proprietors require engineering contractors to provide in International projects. It includes contractor's economic situation, human resources, engineering equipments, construction machinery, the outstanding achievements contractor has reached, and related certifications and licenses. The purpose of the paper is to provide references for engineering companies when they bid for international projects.
