摘要
目的 :探讨中枢神经细胞瘤的临床表现、诊断、手术方法 ,以提高其诊断水平和治疗效果。方法 :对 11例经手术证实、并经电镜、免疫组化等病理学确诊的中枢神经细胞瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :11例患者肿瘤均起源于侧脑室内。均采用显微手术分小块切除肿瘤 ,全切除 8例 ,大部分切除 3例 ,无手术死亡。 结论 :中枢神经细胞瘤显微手术全切除效果较好 ,放疗、X 刀或γ
Objectives: To discuss the clinical manifestation, diagnosis, ways of operation for the central neurocytoma and to improve the outcome of the diseases. Methods:A retrospective review of 11 cases of central neurocytomas were studied operatively and pathologically. Results:The tumor is commonly occurred in young adults, arising in the lateral cerebral ventricles and the septum pellucidum and fornix. All the 11 tumors were resected by microoperative method, total resection in 8 cases, subtotal resection in 3 cases. Conclusions: The central neurocytoma is originated from central neurocytes, it is considered low degree of malignant tumor for its recurrence after operation. The best treatment is total removal via microsurgical operation. Radiotherapy and(or) gamma knife is helpful to prevent the recurrent of the tumor.
