摘要
对3个广亲和品种02428、CPSLO_(17)和轮回422与籼、粳稻杂种亲和力和颖尖色的遗传研究表明,其杂交后代育性的遗传变异趋势相似.具有一个广亲和品种的组合,F_1花粉育性与结实率均在70%以上,F_2平均结实率为65.1%,呈连续的单峰分布,但60~80%的分离占绝大多数,F_3结实率提高较快;两个广亲和品种的杂交后代(轮回422×02428),育性明显提高,F_2结实率低于60%的单株很少,F_3群体育性已基本正常。不含广亲和品种的籼粳F_1为半不育,F_2呈正态分布.说明利用广亲和基因可有效地提高籼粳杂种的育性,广亲和力以主效基因控制外,微效多基因也有一定作用。颖尖色在F_2出现3:1或9:7分离,即受一对显性基因或两对互补基因控制,且与高结实率连锁.在某些杂交组合中,杂种早世代颖尖色可作为选择广亲和基因的标记性状。
The genetic behavivor of compatibility between three widely compatible rice varieties(02428,Lunhui 422 and CPSLO_(17))showed that the pollen fertility was normal,percentageof seed setting(PSS)exceeded 70% in live F_1 s involving one widely compatible parent.The F_2 frequency distribution of PSS was continuous and seed setting of most plants wasin the range of 60~80%,suggesting that the compatibility of the parents was controlled bymultigenes as well as major genes.The fertility in F_3s was higher than that in F_2 plants.Inthe cross of Qianchonglang×Luke 3,however,pollen fertility was only 48.7% in,F_1,themean PSS in F_2 was 43.4% and was still lower in F_3.In the cross of two widely compatibleparents(Lunhui 422×02428),the fertility in F_1,F_2 and F_3 generations was much higherthat of other combinations.A close linkage was observed between higher PSS and glumetip coloring in three crosses,indicating that it would be effective to select wide compatibitygene(s)in early generations according to the color of the glumc tip.
