摘要
目的比较葛根素与鲁南欣康治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法将129位冠心病人随机分成二组,分别使用葛根素和鲁南欣康治疗。结果葛根素在扩冠、改善心肌缺血症状上同鲁南欣康效果无显著差异。结论葛根素与鲁南欣康对心绞痛都可以起到良好的治疗作用。但葛根素还有降脂及降低血液粘稠度的作用。因此,葛根素值得在临床上加以推广使用。
Objective:The clinical effect of coronary heart disease angina pectoris is habitually treated LuNanxins health by the compaling root of kudiu vine.Methods:Get 129 coronary heart disease men randomly into two,treat with the root of kudiu vine and LuNanxin's health seperately.Results:The root of kudzu vine habitually is living to enlarge the best,in the improvement of myocardium lack there is not remarkbly difference with the LuNanxin's health in the blood symptom.Conclusion:The root of kudiu vine and LuNanxin's health to angina pectoris may act same well.But the root of kudzu vine still possesing to drop grease reaches to cut down the writings that the blood sticks the thickness.So the root of kudzu vine is worth spreading in clinical.
