当前市场竞争日益加剧 ,物流已成为企业取得竞争优势的关键环节 ,第三方物流则以其明显的优越性而成为企业现代物流管理的主流模式。而我国企业大多数采取的是自营物流形式 ,为了更有效地发挥企业核心专长业务的竞争优势 ,必须使自营物流向第三方物流转换 ,才能使企业回归主业。
With the intensified market compctition, logistics has been reghrded as one of the most important links for enterprises to win competitive advantages, for which the third party logistics is adopted by many logistics management sectors However, since most chinese enterprises implement self-manageement logistics in practice, it is necessary for them to vealice the transference to the third party logistics in order to bring enterprises' specialities into full play.
