摘要 以秀水11、072和ZH9905的胚性愈伤组织为受体,通过农杆菌介导法将抗除草剂基因bar导入水稻基因组,经PCR、Southern杂交分析获得大量转基因植株。除草剂喷洒试验表明,转基因水稻对除草剂Basta具有高度的抗性。对R1代植株分析表明外源基因已遗传给后代,部分株系的分离比率符合3∶1。对部分转基因水稻植株考察结果表明,部分转基因植株的农艺性状与亲本相似,但育性下降。 Herbicideresistant bar gene was incorporated into rice genome via Agrobacteriummediated transformation using the embryogenic calli induced from 072,Xiushui 11 and ZH9905.The transgenic nature of transformants was confirmed by PCR and Southern hybridization. Integration of both genes was confirmed by PCR and Southern hybridization. High herbicide resistance of transgenic plants was evident from spraying test with Basta. The foreign bar gene was inherited and segregation ratio in some R1 progeny was 3∶1.Agronomic traits of transgenic R1 plants were similar to those of parents' varieties,but their fertilify decreased.
