摘要
俄罗斯外交政策自普京总统上任后发生了明显的变化。中亚地区成为俄罗斯外交政策关注的重点对象。在俄罗斯“务实外交”的引导下,俄通过一系列具体措施,不断改善和加强在安全领域和经济领域方面同中亚各国的关系。不但重新获得了中亚各国的信任,而且还巩固了自己在中亚地区地缘政治格局中的地位。
Russia's foreign policy has changed dramatically after Vladimir Putin took office in 2001 because Central Asia has become an important region of Russia's concern. Led by the doctrine of practical foreign policy, Russia has taken series of measures to improve and strengthen the cooperation with Central Asian countries in security and economy. By so doing, Russia has regained the trust of Central Asian countries and consolidated as well its position in the geopolitical structure in Central Asia.
