摘要
目的 :研究胆囊癌中VEGF C的表达情况及其临床意义 .方法 :应用免疫组化Envision二步法测定 5 2例胆囊癌(gallbladdercarcinoma,GBC)和 1 8例慢性结石性胆囊炎VEGF C表达 .结果 :VEGF C在胆囊癌和胆囊炎组织中阳性表达率分别为 6 5 .4 % ,72 .2 % .VEGF C表达与胆囊癌淋巴结转移、术后生存时间有关 ,而与胆囊癌的分化程度、临床分期无关 .结论 :VEGF C在胆囊癌的表达可促进胆囊癌淋巴结的转移 ,对判断胆囊癌淋巴结转移。
AIM: To investigate the clinical implication of VEGF C protein expression in primary gallbladder carcinoma (GBC). METHODS: The immunohistochemical envision technique was adopted in detecting the VEGF C protein expression in 52 cases of GBC and 18 cases of chronic cholecystitis. RESULTS: The positive rate of VEGF C expression was 65.4% in GBC and 72.2% in chronic cholecystitis. The positive expression of VEGF C was correlated with lymph node metastasis and postoperative survival time, but had no correlation with the pathologic differentiation and clinic stages. CONCLUSION: VEGF C promotes lymph node metastasis in gallbladder carcinoma and is of clinical significance in evaluating lymph node metastatic potency and prognosis in gallbladder carcinoma.
