摘要
目的 :胸围是评价儿童青少年生长发育水平及体型的重要指标之一 ,建立胸围的年龄别百分位数 ,为临床及儿保工作提供参考很有必要 .方法 :采用LMS(λ 中位数 变异系数 )法对 0～ 18岁儿童青少年胸围百分位数进行拟合 .结果 :计算了城男、城女、乡男、乡女的年龄别λ(L) ,中位数 (M ) ,变异系数 (S)值 ,给出了各组的年龄别百分位数 .结论 :LMS法用于拟合胸围百分位数 ,结果非常满意 ,所得百分位数可用于临床及儿保工作中 .
AIM: Chest circumference is an important index for the assessment of childrens physique growth and development. To construct an age related centile for clinical and child care practice is essential. METHODS: Using LMS (λ median coeffioient of variation) method, chest circumference centile curves were fitted for the children aged 0-18 years in Shaanxi. RESULTS: Age related λ ( L ), median ( M ) and coefficient of variation( S ) for urban boys, urban girls, rural boys, rural girls were calculated, and age related chest circumference centiles for each group were presented. CONCLUSION: LMS method is a satisfactory method for constructing age related chest circumference centile. The centiles presented in this paper can be used in clinical and child care practice.
