摘要 目的 :研究高压氧 (HBO)治疗对急性CO中毒大鼠海马神经元Bcl 2蛋白表达和迟发性损伤的影响 .方法 :4 5只雄性SD大鼠随机分成 3个组 :正常对照组、CO中毒组、HBO治疗组 (0 .2 5MPaHBO) .各组大鼠分别行常规HE染色、免疫组化染色和TUNEL染色 ,观察CO染毒后 1 ,3,5和 7d大鼠海马神经元损伤和Bcl 2蛋白表达变化的特点 .结果 :CO中毒组大鼠海马发生迟发性神经元凋亡 ,Bcl 2蛋白表达无明显变化 ;HBO治疗组凋亡神经元明显减少 ,Bcl 2蛋白表达增多 ,尤以染毒后 3和 5d明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 :HBO治疗可以促进急性CO中毒大鼠海马神经元Bcl 2蛋白表达 ,抑制神经元凋亡 。 AIM: To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment on the expression of protein Bcl 2 and delayed neuronal damage in the rat hippocampus after acute carbon monoxide poisoning. METHODS: 45 Sprague Dawley male rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, CO exposed group and HBO treated group (0.25 MPa HBO). General hematoxylin eosin (H&E) stain, immunohistochemistry stain and TUNEL stain were used to observe the neurological damage and the changes of Bcl 2 expression in the rat hippocampus at 1, 3, 5 and 7 days after CO exposure. RESULTS: Delayed neuronal damage appeared in the brain of CO exposed group. In the group of HBO treated, the number of neuronal apoptosis significantly decreased and the expression of protein Bcl 2 increased compared with those in the CO exposed group. 3 and 5 days after CO exposure, the expression of protein Bcl 2 significantly increased ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: HBO treatment can promote the expression of protein Bcl 2 in the rat hippocampus following acute carbon monoxide poisoning and protect neuronal cells by inhibiting neuronal apoptosis.
