摘要放线菌病是由放线菌属的厌氧或微需氧革兰阳性菌引起的慢性化脓性疾病。以色列放线菌最常见，赖氏放线菌、龋齿放线菌、粘性放线菌和gerencseriae放线菌也能引起人类疾病。这些微生物是口腔、胃肠道和女性生殖道的正常菌群。我们报道一例椎骨放线菌病并发脊髓受压的病例。
