摘要
目的 探讨外科治疗胃高位溃疡的手术方法 ,提高临床治疗效果。方法 回顾分析 10 2例胃高位溃疡的常见手术治疗方式。结果 Pauchet手术 2 1例 ,溃疡局部切除加远端胃部分切除 5 3例 ,近端胃部分切除 2 8例。结论 对于胃高位溃疡的外科治疗 ,采用切除溃疡的胃部分切除术 ,有防止日后溃疡穿孔、出血、癌变等优点。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of upper-gastric ulcer in order to improve the therapeutic effect. Methods The common surgical treatment of 102 cases of upper-gastric ulcer was retrospectively analyzed. Results Pauchet′s operation was performed in 21 cases, local ulcer excision plus distal gastroectomy in 53 cases and proximal partial gastroectomy in 28 cases. Conclusion Partial gastroecgtomy including ulcer area for the surgical treatment of upper-gastric ulcer has the advantage of preventing perforation, bleeding and carcinomatous change afterwards.
