摘要
目的 探讨乙状窦前入路岩斜区肿瘤手术的疗效。方法 回顾性分析 10例岩斜区肿瘤采用乙状窦前手术入路的资料。结果 肿瘤全切除 7例 ,次全切除 3例。无手术死亡。结论 合理选择手术入路能提高肿瘤全切率和脑神经保护率。乙状窦前入路是切除岩斜区肿瘤的有效手术入路之一。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the presigmoid approach for petroclival tumor. Methods The clinical data of 10 cases of petroclival tumor resected by presigmoid approach were retrospectively analyzed. Results Total removal of the tumor was achieved in 7 patients and subtotal removal in 3 patients. No one died. Conclusion An appropriate surgical approach can increase total resection rate of tumor and nerve protection rate. The presigmoid approach is a very effective way to resect petroclival region tumor.
