摘要
为提高球团矿抗压强度的测量精度 ,通过分析球团矿在挤压过程中的受力情况 ,设计并制作出液压传动 ,球团矿匀速加压 ,以C80 5 1F0 0 6为核心的微处理器控制系统。软件设计中采用增量限幅、多重比较判断等方法 ,消除瞬时干扰 ,实时、准确地测量出球团矿的抗压强度 ,实现了球团矿抗压强度测试过程的自动化。
In order to improving the accuracy of pellet compression strength measurement,the complexion of enduring pressure strength about the iron ore pellet was analyzed,the fluid drive, uniform velocity rising pressure and MCU control system based on C8051F006 were developed By limiting the extent of increment and multiprocessing in compare and judgement in software design,the momentary interference was removed,the compression strength could be real-time and accurately measured,and the automation in the test of compression strength was realized
