摘要
目的 :观察武当道药熏洗液熏蒸冲浪浴治疗风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 2 0 0例风湿性关节炎患者随机分为 3组 ,治疗组用武当道药熏蒸冲浪浴治疗 ,对照 1组用普通水熏蒸冲浪浴治疗 ,对照 2组用武当道药熏洗液浸浴治疗。结果 :总有效率治疗组 91% ,对照组 1组 6 8% ,对照组 2组 78% ,治疗组与对照 1组比较有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,与对照组 2组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,且治疗组的 4项理化检查治疗后转阴率也明显优于两对照组 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 :武当道药熏蒸冲浪浴治疗风湿性关节炎效果明显。
Objective:To probe into the clinical effect of Taoism drugs of fume fluid and surf bath in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:The 200 patients suffered from rheumatoid arthritis had been randomly divided into three groups,a test group treated by fume fluid with Taoism drug,control Ⅰ treated by fume and surf bath with hot water and control Ⅱ treated by soaking in Taoism drug.Results:The total effective rate 91% in the test,68% in control Ⅰ and 78% in control Ⅱ.There was significant difference when the test compared with control Ⅰ(P<0.01)and significant difference also when in compared with control Ⅱ(P<0.05).On the inspection of physics and chemistry,the indexes in the test was better improved than that in two controls (P>0.05～P>0.01).Conclusion:The drug of Taoism fluid is obviously effective in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
