摘要
目的 :探讨内源性肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)在膀胱癌发病机制中作用及其与生物学行为之间的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测 88例膀胱癌组织和 12例正常膀胱组织中TNFα的表达。结果 :正常膀胱组织中TNFα阳性率为 2 5 0 % ,显著低于膀胱癌组织的 6 1 5 %。膀胱癌组织中TNFα表达与肿瘤病理分级、分期和大小密切相关 ,但与肿瘤复发无显著意义。结论 :TNFα异常高表达参与膀胱癌发病过程 。
Objective To investigate the role of endogenous tumor necrosis factor α(TNFα) in pathogenesis of bladder cancer and its relationships with tumor biological behaviors.Methods The immunohistochemical method was adopted to examine expressions of TNFα in 88 cases of bladder transitional cancer and 12 cases of normal bladder tissues.Results Positive expression of TNFα in normal bladder tissues was 25 0%,that significantly lower than 61 3% in bladder cancer.Expressions of TNFα in bladder cancer were close association with tumor grade,stage and diameter,while no significantly association with tumor recurrence.Conclusions Abnormal expression of TNFα is involved in development and progression of bladder cancer,and it may be a predirector for tumor invasiveness and malignancy.
